Every episode of Humansheen opens a new window to a newer scene that they cannot even guess or expect. That is actually the actual splendor of the play. The whole story has been beautifully plotted in each chapter. In case you miss a single episode there's chances that you might have missed a whole lot of a piece from the plot. This installment was as always about revealing the newer sides of Ismat Ara character. Well, what am I able to say than this plays the magnet of the show that keeps the viewers attached to it.
Apart from Ismat Ara playing games, there was another angle as well that was showed to us and that was the growing interest of Hassan Munir in Mehrunissa because they began to spend more time along with her than Ismat Ara.
The largest news in the chapter was the birth of the twin kids of Mehrunissa. Yet Ismat Ara acts of selfishness remained the same. Even with the choice of names for the kids he didnt let Mehrunissa make her own choice he objected and told them that Sufi Sahab will recommend the names. Mehrunissa was there, feeling valueless. Secondly he sternly told Mehrunissa to buy branded things for the kids.
Her behavior with Mehrunissa was as rude as ever and also calm taunting. He seldom misses any chance to make her feel low and so at some point in this episode he uttered,Acha Intikhaab sirf Jowahir ka hello hota hai, wohi kisi kone mei parey heerey ko nikal ker uski ehmiat barhata hai.Moreover not letting Mehrus brother and bhabi meet her was another act of cruelty. Her character depicted more of a hypocrite side of hers when he asked the servant not to wake Mehrunissa up and then in front of her brother and bhabi he was all nice and came neat. Also rejecting their wish for the Rasm of Godh Bharai was rude of her. As a matter of fact Ismat Ara was the reason behind Mehru slip falling down from the stairs for which he confidently blamed Munaza bhabi, Wah ji. Ulta chor kotwaal ko dantey.
Now after this incident on the other hand Hassan Munir was also noticing the wrongs done by Ismat Ara. The whole conversation in the scene in which Ismat Ara blamed Munazza for her act of folly letting Mehru know about their visit, was worth listening. They said, Ap her baat mei Muqabala kio kerne lagti hain? What I observed from this convo was that Hassan Munir also thought that Ismat Ara can not always be right in everything and that he was being sentimental and over reactive while putting it all on Munazza. But Munazza on the other hand stayed calm and kept her cold and yet not being the culprit was still sorry for whatever happened.
